Remembering Anne Rice

Today, Anne Rice will be remembered in her hometown, New Orleans, at an event put together by Christopher Rice and Eric Shaw Quinn.  Although I am unable to attend and having had a lot going on (being camera shy to begin with almost doesn't even need to come into it), I am still thinking of Anne on this day.

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, we lost a rich and complex piece of history.  The mansion at Nottoway Plantation, which in recent years operated as a resort and wedding venue, was destroyed by a massive fire.

Just the other day, I was on Facebook, looking at what, exactly, I don't recall as nothing much happens over there.  But--up popped a new video from the official Mayfair Witches page (for the series, you understand).  At first, I couldn't figure out those were crystals, but the other items, the sage, salt, candles and Tarot cards, were pretty much a dead giveaway.

Will There Be a Season 3 of Mayfair Witches?

So far, there has been no word on whether or not there will be a Season 3 of Mayfair Witches on AMC.  Seasons 1 and 2 can be streamed on amc+, and Season 1 can also be streamed on Netflix.
