Whew! Now that Alicia and Gifford have both died immediately after
encountering Lasher in the flesh, and the Mayfair victims have increased in
number, Rowan has realized the number will increase unless she stops
Lasher. While the first two episodes did indeed feel closer to the
novels, the third episode takes us more into the onscreen version.
